when you are taking a bath imagine that the colors of the rainbow ( in order red orange yellow green blue indigo and violet or simply Roy g vib) that the colors of the water coming from the shower is the color of the rainbow for example first thirty s ones it's red then orange then yellow .... up violet and you must think that everytime you take a bath when this colors touches your body it heals you, you must think about that mantra it helps you relaxes you heals you makes you feeling great and healthy.

now a mantra is a word a repetitive words you should recite this mantra for at least ten times a day and you must believe in it thrust the mantra if possible everytime you recite this mantra alone in a quiet environment stare at the mirror and say the mantra while starin at your eyes and speak softly the mantra
